After receipt of your request, i.e. your description we will immediately make contact with you to discuss all the details.

Through sending your prototype drawings, views or sample quotations we are able to offer you further suggestions for your planning. Then the production begins after the approval of the CAD drawing – and the “technology module according to your requirements“ is delivered exactly corresponding to your concept.

Your project manager from CARU Tech Containers will accompany you from the beginning of the project until the completion of the project, and will always support you in a competent way.

Production & manufacturing

The actual production of your containers

We have own workshops in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France, and we are working in a long-term fix cooperation with specialist companies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and China.

We produce in professional steel construction companies with a modern machine park, with sandblasting plant and paint shop. Thus we are able to realize a capacity of more than 1,000 technology containers every year with approximately 200 employees.

To be able to meet the highest possible requirements our European production disposes of the certificates Quality Management (ISO 9001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001) and Safety Management (OHSAS18001) as well as the TÜV Süd WHG certificate, the “Großer Schweißnachweis“ [Major Welding Certificate] (DIN 18800) and the welding certificate “European Welding Technologist“.

Delivery

We get your containers to their destinations

The delivery of the technology containers is dependent on their design, size and weight. The containers will be delivered with corresponding vehicles all over Europe, from normal semitrailers up to extendable special low-loaders.

In addition to CAD drawings, acceptance reports and container manuals we are happy to provide you with project-specific documentations and protocols when you buy a technology container.
